Information You Enter

PlannerHub allows you to create and manage schedules, tasks, goals, budgets, family plans, school information, notes, appointments, and other planning-related content.

This information is used to provide PlannerHub’s features and is not sold to third parties.

Profile Information

PlannerHub includes an optional profile section where you may enter information such as your first name, last name, birthday, greeting preference, preferred start of the week, and time format.

Profile information is used to personalize your experience, including greetings and planner preferences. You are not required to complete every profile field to use PlannerHub.

Your Planner Data

Your planner content is intended to remain private and under your control. PlannerHub may store information locally on your device to provide app functionality.

This may include:

• Tasks, notes, and goals
• Schedules, events, and appointments
• Budgets, bills, and savings goals
• School, business, personal, and family planning content
• Profile information and app preferences

Deleting PlannerHub from your device may remove locally stored information that has not been saved or synchronized elsewhere.

Calendar Access and Synchronization

PlannerHub may request permission to access your device’s calendar when you choose to use calendar synchronization features.

Depending on the features you enable, PlannerHub may:

• Read calendar events to display schedule information within PlannerHub
• Create PlannerHub events in your device’s calendar
• Update or remove calendar events created through PlannerHub
• Synchronize planner schedules with supported calendar applications

Calendar access is optional. You may deny or revoke calendar permission at any time through your device settings. Some calendar-related features may not function when permission is disabled.

PlannerHub does not sell calendar information or use calendar information for advertising.

Smart Calendar Links

PlannerHub may allow you to generate a Smart Calendar subscription link for use with compatible calendar applications.

A Smart Calendar link may contain or provide access to calendar information that you choose to include. Anyone who obtains the link may be able to view the calendar information available through it.

You are responsible for keeping Smart Calendar links private and sharing them only with people or services you trust. You may stop using or disable a Smart Calendar link through PlannerHub when that option is available.

Purchases and Subscriptions

PlannerHub offers optional one-time planner purchases and an annual PlannerHub Pro subscription.

Individual planner purchases provide permanent access to the purchased planner. PlannerHub Pro provides access to included premium planners and features while the subscription remains active.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store and managed with RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Purchase Information

We may receive limited purchase and subscription information necessary to verify transactions, determine access rights, restore purchases, and unlock premium features.

This information may include:

• Product purchased or subscription selected
• Purchase or subscription status
• Subscription expiration or renewal status
• An anonymous or app-generated purchase identifier

This information is used only to provide and manage PlannerHub’s paid features.

Information We Do Not Collect

Unless you intentionally enter information into PlannerHub or enable an optional feature, PlannerHub does not collect:

• Precise location data
• Your contacts or address book
• Your photos or photo library
• Health or medical information
• Bank account information
• Payment card information
• Advertising identifiers for third-party advertising
• Personal information for third-party marketing purposes

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Limited information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate PlannerHub, including:

• Apple App Store for purchase and subscription processing
• RevenueCat for purchase verification, access management, and restoration
• Calendar applications or services selected by you when you enable calendar synchronization or use a Smart Calendar link

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by PlannerHub. However, no device, application, storage system, calendar link, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for keeping any Smart Calendar links private.

Children’s Privacy

PlannerHub may be used by students and families of various ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or marketing purposes.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children’s use of the app, particularly when profile information, calendar synchronization, or Smart Calendar links are used.

Your Choices and Controls

You may:

• Edit or delete information stored within PlannerHub
• Leave optional profile fields blank
• Enable or disable calendar access through your device settings
• Choose whether to use calendar synchronization
• Choose whether to generate or share a Smart Calendar link
• Restore eligible purchases through the app
• Manage or cancel PlannerHub Pro through your Apple account settings
• Remove PlannerHub from your device
• Contact us regarding privacy-related concerns

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PlannerHub changes or as new features are introduced. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of PlannerHub after an updated policy becomes effective means that the updated policy will apply to your use of the app.
