1. About Mindful Today

Mindful Today is a personal-use app designed to provide a calm space for reflection, journaling, mood check-ins, daily inspiration, kindness, and other tools intended to encourage thoughtful moments in everyday life.

Mindful Today is provided by ADMIN Foundry, LLC.

2. Personal Use

Mindful Today is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by applicable law, or use Mindful Today for unlawful purposes.

3. Wellness and Informational Use

Mindful Today provides general reflection, journaling, inspiration, and wellness-oriented tools. Content within the app is provided for informational and personal reflection purposes.

Mindful Today is not a medical service, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care.

The app does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, or establish a professional or therapeutic relationship between you and ADMIN Foundry.

You should use your own judgment when deciding how to use information, prompts, suggestions, or other content provided through Mindful Today.

4. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

Mindful Today is not designed or intended to provide emergency or crisis assistance and should not be relied upon in an emergency.

If you believe you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

In the United States, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline can be reached by calling or texting 988.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Mindful Today may offer optional paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases that provide access to additional app features or content.

Purchases made through the iOS version of Mindful Today are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• The price and billing period are displayed before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple's subscription terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Prices may vary by country or region and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Purchase availability, billing, cancellations, refunds, and other App Store transactions may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

6. Your Journals, Reflections & Other Content

Content you create in Mindful Today, including journal entries, reflections, and other personal writing, belongs to you.

ADMIN Foundry does not claim ownership of your personal writing merely because you created or stored it using Mindful Today.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and store in the app.

7. Local Data & Data Loss

Personal content and app information may be stored locally on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups when available. Removing the app, clearing app data, losing or replacing your device, software failures, or other events may result in the loss of locally stored information.

ADMIN Foundry cannot guarantee that locally stored information can be recovered after it has been deleted or lost.

8. Privacy

Your use of Mindful Today is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the app is handled.

9. Intellectual Property

Mindful Today, including its branding, visual design, software, original text, graphics, features, and other original app content, is owned by or licensed to ADMIN Foundry, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit ADMIN Foundry's intellectual property.

These terms do not give ADMIN Foundry ownership of your personal journal entries or other original content you create in the app.

10. Availability & Changes to the App

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of Mindful Today as the app develops.

We work to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mindful Today is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ADMIN Foundry does not guarantee that the app or its content will meet every user's needs, produce a particular result, or always operate without errors, interruptions, or data loss.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADMIN Foundry, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Mindful Today.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss resulting from decisions made based on app content or loss of locally stored information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Mindful Today changes, our business practices evolve, or legal requirements change.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be changed.

Your continued use of Mindful Today after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
